Condition Health Monitoring is the process of monitoring a parameter, such that a significant change in it’s behaviour indicates a developing failure. It can be rightly called as predictive maintenance. It allows maintenance to be scheduled, or other actions to be taken to avoid the consequences of failure, before the actual failure occurs. The most important industrial application of condition health monitoring is the vibration analysis. Any machinery or its part can be checked for vibrations and can be compared with historical baseline values or in some cases established standards, to access the severity of the observed vibrations.
Successful Project Implementation:
Measurement of hydrodynamic parameters of Lower Siang Dam.
Stop log gate control and hydrodynamic monitoring.
